I received my Florida Real Estate license on January 15, 2010. I immediately began working at St. George Island Realty as a full time Realtor and continue to work there full time. I have become highly knowledgeable of the St. George, Apalachicola, and Eastpoint real estate markets. I am the Chair of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Advisory Committee of the Realtors Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties. I am the Association's designated mediator. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. I am a certified Accredited Buyer's Representative and a certified Resort & Second Home Property Specialist.

Preparing comparative market analyses is my strong suit. I understand the meaning and intent of contract language. I have the demonstrated ability to help clients understand contract terms and resolve differences of opinion on interpretation.
I manually prepare personalized cost-free Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) for sellers detailing the factors affecting property market value(s). I ensure my buyers know the true market value of their favorite property before making an offer. I believe my valuation knowledge allows me to provide my clients with a more accurate analysis of value than is available from Automated Valuation Models.
