That special permitting would include a fill permit from the state and federal agencies to allow enough filling for meeting the county's 50 and 75 ft setbacks. Is recommended that fill occur over an area of about 13,000 sq ft to meet setbacks. In doing so, you would create a modest lot area supporting about a 1600 sq ft dwelling."
